Noor Bake Bakery began in 2018, in the kitchen of a family home in Muscat. What started as weekend baking for friends and neighbours quickly grew into something much more — a genuine community of people who fell in love with honest, homemade food.
Our founder, Noor, grew up watching her grandmother bake bread early every morning — the smell of fresh dough and warm spices filling their home. That memory became the soul of this bakery. Every recipe we use today was passed down through family or lovingly developed over years of testing, tasting and perfecting.
We don't use shortcuts. No preservatives, no artificial flavours — just real butter, fresh flour, seasonal ingredients, and the belief that great food deserves to be made with care.

Every item is baked fresh on the day it's delivered. We never bake the day before, freeze, or re-heat. If it's not fresh, it doesn't leave our kitchen.
